Can anyone post the website for this addon im looking for a addon that lets you see past the skull icon and show the actual level.

It's not one specific addon. Many unit frames will show you the real level of a player or mob. Look into things like Pitbull, AG UF, Xperl, Perl or maybe in CT Unit frames.
