I don't even know if this is capable using an addon or not.

I was wondering if there is an addon that will allow me to view all of the quest log of a party member. I am lvl 69 and my wifes character is lvl 58 and I've been helping her with quests. It would be alot easier to be able to look through her quest log myself and decide our plan of attack then always having to go back and forth with her to figure out what to do.

No. There is a number of quest mods that will tell you how many people in your party are on quests that you are on. There would be know way of viewing a quest history since you would need a mod to store the histories first and then get them onto your PC (which is not possible in WoW to interface another client's files like that). You could have her just get a quest history mod and just look at it on her PC or use any PC remote utility like VNC to remote her while she's in game just to look at the history mod.
