Ok when i try to upload an image to curse from the cureclient i get this error

anyone know why and how i can fix this.

Also the client hasn't added my wow chars. to my profile is the cookie problem related

Image upload has been disabled for many months, and will be available again when we release the new curse client.

The current curse client IS sending your character profiles, however we have not yet enabled the ability for you to see your characters, this feature is still in development. It too will likely be released with the new curse client.
