Downloaded the client and installed it yesterday(probably the WORST time to do so), and when it first ran, it asked me to check the packages I wanted the client to take over handling of. However, the only package that the client displays when I double-click the icon is the client package. Now, I cant seem to add the packages again like I did yesterday, whats going on?

Related to this, the client did seem to try to update the packages I listed, but came back with the same error each time, unfortunately I cant remember what it was.

Yeah yesterday was one hell of a day. If you want to redo the entire auto detection procedure I would uninstall the client and choose to remove all your current settings. Yesterday was such a mess that reinstalling is probably even a recommendation. We're still having an ass load of traffic.

this leads me to a suggestion, let users be able to run autodetect manually from the client menu as opposed to having to uninstal/reinstall if there are problems

note, the problem was specific to 12.0, happened again this morning, a fresh dload of 12.1 solved the problem
