My best advice would be to put an asterisk in front of each of the changes so it places them in a list. The other would be to use the tags but that will cause the same thing as what you see in your post.

Right now we don't have natural line breaks due to us using wiki formatting across the website, but it's something that we'll definitely look into getting implemented if possible.
