I'm looking for an addon that is able to "unlock" all frames in the WoW UI, making them moveable.

One of the awesome things about FluidFrames was that you could move frames while they were open to any location on the screen and once closed, the frame would be back where it was "locked" to (effectively.. as if you hadn't moved it).

You could then more permanently move a frame to a new "default location" by pressing a bound key while mousing over the frame itself (or the hidden container when in this "mode" of FluidFrames) and drag the container to your desired "default" location, hit the bound key once more - and voila! the frame would be bound there permanently. You would still be able to temporarily move this frame as described above with the difference that the default location would just be where you set it.

However, one issue it had/has is the inability to temp move/perm move the bag frames. So - any addon that does all the above plus bag movement? Peferably Ace based! THANKS!

This isn't exactly what you were after but you might want to consider using arkinventory or baggins.  Baggins is pretty cool and easy to use and the bag movement issue goes away since both those addons replace the game bags.  Both are ace and very good.  Ark is a tad harder to set up but it's mostly a pref thing.
