This link, http://wow.curse.com/downloads/Updated.aspx?SectionID=3816 , is supposed to list updated addons, and it changes frequently. But, following the links does not take you to addon pages that have been updated in most cases.

Hmmm.... works fine on my end. Possibly fixed? If not try another browser, clear your cache, cookies, etc....
