If anyone could answer this that would be great.

I'm using the thick blade frame, and in between the character portrait and where the blade itself starts there's that small area where it shows your rune power. Well, mine has the health bar from the default blizzard character frame covering the middle section of it. So the question is, could anyone tell me how to fix this so it's not there?
