Hi i would like to take this time to get a quick poll on members. I'm not sure if i can post this here so if I'm violating the rules mods feel free to delete this post right away, however this is something that has been bugging me so i decided it was time to create an account here and post. Anyways the question at hand is do people think botting sites should be allowed. For example i did a quick search on the net and pulled up right away sites like WAR Warhammer Online Bots and Radars , WAR Warhammer Online Cheats Exploits and Hacks , and WAR Warhammer Online Guides Secrets and Cheats .these sites not only have bots but they have radars that can see players in game. This is something that is totally unfair and gives players far to great of an advantage on others. Well anyways personally i think they should not be allowed as it makes the legit players far underpowered to the overly powerful players. Here is even a screen shot of the radar working that they have on there site it needs to be stopped.

The hacks are coming...

Mythic has been very aggressive in hunting and killing not only gold and PL sales, but bots etc... report all of the sites and information possible, and how they work, to the CSRs. It is something of a battle staying a step ahead, and they need all the data they can get.

On DAOC, Mythic had some sneaky ways for catching people who use radar.  I'm sure they'll be putting some of those into practice here as well - if they haven't already.

Assuming that this is not just a devious way of advertising the three hacking sites you carefully linked to your opening post, the short answer is NO!

Botting should be banned as should gold selling and power levelling.  Hopefuly as people above have stated GOA and Mythic will deal with such scammers vigorously unlike like Blizzard.

In the meantime I have taken the precaution of reporting this thread.

the bot might be great for lvling up quick but there's a prob with lvling up quick in war in that the higher you go the more stuff you end up locked out of.

So you might be lvl 40 in days weeks what ever but the weapons you have will be crap as you get a lot of the high lvl weapons via quests or another set of high lvl weapons via rvr.

same with the radar might be great for running quick through a quest or tomb but again you will miss out on special drops along the way.

War uses punkbuster wouldn't this see these things.
