Make it to where you don't have to click the fishing bobble after it catches a fish. It's really boring and i can hardly even notice the noise it makes so if i'm looking away im screwed.

No, that would be against Blizzards ToS. No addon can automate anything. You can however get fishing buddy, a great fishing addon that turns the volume up high on the fishing noise while minimizing other volumes while you fish. It has some other great features. Great addonl
