Ok, me and my friend both use Prat3.0 and his looks alot more neater then mine....

this is how my friends looks and the way I want mine to look ((The way the text looks and color))

and this is mine the way the color and text looks =\ the way I don't want it.

He said he never changed any settings that's how it looked when he got it and he gave me the link to where he got prat3.0 and when I installed it, it looked the same as the one posted above of mine =\

Anyone know how I can make my text/color chat look like his...

Its all about your window size and the overall UI scale. He may not have touched Prat but he may have messed with the UI scale or the overall chat window size. Also he may have a font pack installed or maybe the font size set differently in the chat window. Maybe even the channel colors set in the chat window even. All this can be done outside of Prat.

I guarantee that there is something that he changed that you did not. Are both of your monitor resolutions the same? Maybe that?

does he also use clearfont?  I use clearfont as well as Prat and my screen looks somewhat like his, just with a different font, the colours are roughly the same as i use.

No, he uses a 19" lcd monitor and I use a 19" widescreen lcd monitor

Then this is not Prat which modify the right window this is another addon : HitsMode

Based on the fact that he has class colors turned on, I would think that you are a warrior correct?  In your screen shot, you're using the standard combat log.  In his, he's got either hitsmode or has turned on the options for the combat log being a bit more in depth.
