ag_unitframes: red shape next to target bar when casting (image incl.)

So I downloaded ag_unitframes and Quartz to try them. Been using x-perl. So far I'm loving this combo, there's just one small issue:

For some reason when I'm casting a red box or rectangular thingy appears next to the targets health bar.

Does anyone happen to know what this is, and if so what I have to do to get rid of it? :3

That's the extra healing the spell would do
