I play wow on shadowsong realm, and have a guild named Plan of Destruction. I love to use addons to help me maintain and run my guild smoothly, and was wondering if anyone would like to work with me on creating a guild addon for my guild that combines a lot of the tools / addons features I use now into one. I really can't program myself, I just know what I am looking for. I would greatly appreciate anyone interestedin putting for the time and effort to help me out, I would be willing to help out in any way I can.
A Couple of Highlighted Items for All In One Guild Addon:
* Mass Guild Mailer ( Officer / Guild Leader Only )
* Guild Greeter / Status Check ( Officer / Guild Leader Only )
* Guild Store / Item & Profession Trader / Seller (Possiblely be a place where guildies can place adds on items they need or have.)
* Guild Bank Monitor Log / Search
* Point System
* Guild In Game Forum / Help Requester
* In Game Guild Newsletter
* In Game Guild Pop Up Alerts ( Officer / Guild Leader Only )
* Guild Alliances Abilities
* Guild Recruiting Duty Assigning ( Officer / Guild Leader Only )
* Guild Bank Fee for Withdraw System
Those are a few suggestions based on addons I currently use. I would like the whole thing to overall work well with each other using infomation off each other.
I would like to make it to where a guild leader can permit which members have access to what part of the addon.

For a few of the tiems you listed, there are already addons out there that handle it. Overall, your request is HUGE and would be a very large under taking for an addon author. The guild greeter already exists as does an auto-grats addon for acheivements and level dings. A mass mailer USED to exist but I don't know if it does anymore. I also believe the point system is still around and you could possibly use Karma for that. A few of the other items are not possible however. For the guild alliances, there is a mod called Guild2Guild which allows 2 guilds to see each other's guild chats but nothing much for alliance abilities.

I am aware of the addons you listed,a nd have them. What I am looking for is somthing that is all inclusive so that it saves me some space on my screen right now I am littered with icons everywhere on my screen. Also problems with this addon conflicting with that addon. I would like to have one program to deal with.

Alos forgot I know that all of these features can be done cause I have an addon that does them. I am jsut wanting to deal with one addon.

You're asking someone to essentially reinvent the wheel.
Good luck with this request, I'm pretty sure you're not going to find anyone out there that will take on such a large project.

It's not event the fact that it's a huge project (which it is) it's just why bother recoding what already is out there and works just fine right now. Like DWSR said "why reinvent the wheel". There is no logical reason to do so. The impact on system performance would be the same (maybe slightly less) and would be a nightmare to maintain.
