i keep getting this error message up evertime i log in and i down know how to fix it..

Going to give you the typical "update your addons first" speech. If that does not help, update your addons. Seriously this has been fixed in most addons. Look at Wowinterface as well since Curse.com does not always have the latest releases.

It's most likely caused by an addon you have installed.  Make sure all your addons are up to date.
