I'm getting e-mails every time one of my addons that are in favorites is updated.  I want to stop the e-mails but I don't know how.  There are instructions at the bottom of the e-mails that say, "To unsubscribe, either:

1. Visit your user profile page and uncheck 'Enable email tracking'
2. Remove this and other addons from your Favorites"

I can't find anywhere in my profile any such 'Enable email tracking.'  I'd like it if someone could point that out to me so I can stop getting these e-mails.

Go to your profile, then Account Settings.  It's on the Site Options tab.
