if its not any of those can you tell me how to change it through another way? keep in mind i do not have any program that can create customized ui's and whatnot...

uhm.. has it always been like this or is it new? if its something thats been that way try increasing the resolution or decreasing UI scale... but that latter will screw with addons...  i suggest a bag addon such as onebag3 which i use which can can scale your bags ( be aware this one particularly does what the name implys.. combines all bags into one big one)   any bag addon SHOULD have scaling functions. and there are plenty of them that show bags in diff ways.

to answer your question, its new. used to be the small size. ill try onebag

onebag3 seems to not be getting supported with the latest patch.  i'd suggest bagnon . does the same thing as onebag3 and also tells you how much of a particular item you have in the bank and your bags displayed in the item tooltips.  onebag3 only converts your bags but not your bank.  bagnon does both your bags and your bank (seperately of course).  hope that helps.
