I guess you mean alt instead of reroll.

Prat (chat addon) can be configured to show the name of the main char next to the name of the char that's currently played. The only 'problem' with all this kind of addons is that you'll have to insert all this data yourself, aka, you have to insert that Xyz is the alt from Zyx. If you don't insert this kind of information, then there's no addon in the world that can give you such information.
