that's a pretty awesome bow...but what's the point of the non-stacking ranged attack speed bonus? i guess this is a bow for non-hunters, since hunters would have the bonus anyhow from their quiver.
This Bow does not require arrows, Thori'dal generates magical arrows when the bow string is drawn.
Perks:stats are slightly better than the s3 bow. saves you an entire slot for inventory and countless gold on epic arrows. (Pretty huge)
Mega Perk:Absolutely Insane bottom and top end weapon damage. You'll be critting like a warrior in s1 but at two-three times the attack speed as a hunter.
Get a group of 5 hunters in AV with this and they'll eviscerate everything before they even come close.
I think you missed the part that said "arrowless bow" That means you won't need your quiver.

The point of the non-stacking speed buff is that this is an arrow-free bow.
The only thing that upsets me about this bow is that my Hunter will more than likely never see it. Other than that it rocks face. The design is a little ornate for my taste but still, nice stats and the fact that Hunters finally have a (albeit really top end) solution to the quiver problem is very nice.
From what I can tell this weapon will be nerfed like hell once blizzard realizes that with the current game mechanics hunters will have their damage out put increased by 30ish percent because the weapon damage is so much higher than a bow with arrows. Oh, well, it will be a week of absolute hunterdomination.
#1 its a Legendary.... it's meant to be powerful. And add in that very few hunters will actually attain this (probably the same ones who have Black Bow of the Betrayer)....Granted the equip bonuses for Thori'dal are better than any other ranged weapon, but again Legendary!! Since this is the 1st Legendary bow you can actually use where ever, it should be badass.
#2 When you compare this to the current high end bows: Bristleblitz Striker and Black Bow of the Betrayer (3.0 spd, 95.8dps) and add Timeless arrows (53dps) that's 148.8 dps (so 0.1 MORE than Thori'dal, which will not receive a arrow dps increase) so the equip bonuses really become the "upgrade"...
Well, that and being able to carry and extra bag with no need to buy arrows any more = mucho gold
