i agree with apostolosapok. It kinda looks like a revenant's helmet from WC3 Frozenthrone

there is also a winking rune at the top right, blizz is laughing at our guesses to what it might be.

You know that those 'runes' are in such placement, that if you draw lines between them, it creates a pentagram. Just speculating that it could be Diablo III.
The 'eyebrows' or whatever you want to call it between the glowing stars are more visible and larger now.
Maybe it's a whole contradiction to what blizzard is actually going to announce.
Everything is blue in the picture, so blizzard could let you think that there isn't anything evil or red in it.
They surprise me every day, and I'm really anxious to know what game it will be!

I do believe that thats actually cause this is 5 and a half and its there to tease us lol

Now maybe i am reading too much into this, but it resembles a Protoss instead of anything we have seen before, even Diablo.

As for the Runes, perhaps they are merely spacial maps or coordinates. Except for the smiley face. lol

Even though Starcraft II has already been announced, perhaps they have an official release date.

Guess only time will tell...

Look closely at the eyes and it looks like you can start seeing the shape of a head there, still leaning towards Starcraft II....Hoped to be proved wrong and see something different.

looks like a horn at the bottom right of the opening.

I'm guessing it's diablo b/c of the 5 symbols which might be referencing the 5-seals you had to open to get to him.

Maybe the six symbols are the Death Knight's runes. He was able to use six at a time.
I also found an image that looks like a death knight (I think) and it's similar to this.

as the thing melts the ice when it gets nearer, i also think that it symbolizes diablo III

when i look at it from a tilt the edge of the ice the face peers into if i tilt the screen looks like a tight ass version of the outline of the borders of France lol.
