Except i can't find out what he uses to put all his shortcuts into those little boxes at the bottom.
Actually, a list of every addon he uses is listed in the picture.
Sunn Art is his bottom border (The ice, with Gears, and the Anime Chick) He altered that part slightly. He removed the spikey chunk in the middle (You can see where it was cut off if you look in between all those mini bars) He adds the Gears guy, and the anime chick, as well as the Dward looking dude between his DPS meter and Potions. As for the "Character, Quests, Talents" buttons, I have absolutely no idea, and I want those.

I think it's a viewport addon with healboat and another UI addon + bartender, but the system resources and network traffic consumed must impart a horrible downside.
