    Hm? You can unlock all frames via the options then you can move them wherever you want :)

    Used addons are...
    BTex 2.7.3 --> Frame for the action / chat bars
    Bartender4 --> Actionbars
    Chatter
    Omni CC
    Quartz --> Castbar (just use the target cast bar for interrupts)
    SexyMap
    TitanPanel


    and ye it´s x-pearl but i changed most of the options.

    can you say what ui are you using or the addone that is changin you char bar and your target cuz am bored from x-perl :P (or this is same) ? :P
