Benefits of Registration
It's looks great.. but one thing i would do is get a OneBag3 (or similar addon) and reduce your bags to only one button; the backpack. the UI is good, enjoy it =)

Looks more like an interface now :) Funny that you actually made an effort to change things. I thought my comments would just be ignored. It's much more structured now and it makes a calmer impression. Less chaotic. Still, I'd remove the bag and menu bars or move them to a different location and fade them out to 0 opacity. A good spot would be between the battle stance and sunder armor icons. Then you coud move the minimap down a little and reduce the overall height of the bottom bar texture by a small amount. It's cool otherwise :) Have fun!
