    Well, I'll give it a 3.
    The minimap is just horrible, get rid of the buttons or at least sort them in a regular way. Or use Minimap Button Frame. The titlebar of the minimap looks out of place, remove the closing button at least.

    I doubt you'll ever need that much chat history displayed. There are good chat mods such as Prat which can hide the scroll buttons, enable mousewheel scrolling and add many other useful features. Also, I'd align the chatboxes with the lower end of the screen, there is no point in leaving some space.

    Hide the bagbar and micro menu. Keyword: keybindings. You really don't need those two bars. The empty space where your action bars are is kinda strange at the moment and I'm pretty sure you won't need that many action bar buttons ever.

    The XP bar is plain, dull and isn't even aligning to anything.

    The unit frame... well, you have the HUD.

    I guess that is questhelper you use. I'm sure it has an option for the quest tracker to grow from the bottom up. That would allow it to switch positions with the minimap.

    i have a 30 in computer monitor so... lol dont take up much room at all lol

    i cant put all the minimap buttions on the titan bar only 2 of them witch arnt in the pic, x-perl and bartender.

    im useing bartender 4 for the action bars on the bottem right corner,X-Perl, quest helper,eepanels,quest guru,sexymap,iceHUD,xpbarnone,char swing timer,bagnon... many others...

    Well, personally
    you might want to change the settings of addons so that theres no minimap button, and just make titan bar to have the buttons
    Then in my oppinion the chat bar could be much smaller, and you might want to get Bartender for the action bars..
    Allso, i found UI called Spartan UI fairly good, you could try that out
    www.spartanui.com Generally it sets the skill, xp and rep bars
    aswell as the charater and party ui and doesn't consume alot of space at all
    fairly light weighted aswell
