    not a bad setup but it does need some tightening up a bit here and there one method is to set in combat omen on recount off and out of combat recount on omen off. and put them in the same screen space. you clean up your interface some and keep the info you want. side note for healing addons you could take a look at vuhdo you might like it better.

    The stuff on the right side is used mostly for Elemental. Omen isn't a huge deal for Healing in most fights. Recount isn't too important either, but I like to brag.

    Summary: Yeah, it needs touchin' up.

    More likely as Diablo 3 - spheres are specific. Excellent UI - i like it! With impatience wait for list!
