My PvP Raid UI - still incomplete

I completely overhaul my whole UI like every 2 months, this is my newest design, still not complete. You can see for example that my button bars have still their original texture, the ice hud texts are still overlapping etc. The unitframes vary greatly depending on me being in a raid, or a simple party, but everything else is almost static. If i get positive response, i will post them too. I have Solo PvE, Solo/Party PvP - for pvp servers, and arena - and PvE raid UI settings.

The list of addons used for this look are the following:
Pitbull 4, X-Perl, Sunn Viewport Art + Sunn Viewport Art Pack 4, Buffalo (NOT Buffalo 3!), Buttonfacade, Buttonfacade: Trinity, Macaroon, Macaroon Xtras, Questhelper, Minimap Button Frame, Recount, Prat, Ice HUD.

I have a minimap too, but it's on hide when i use the zone map. The screen resolution is 1440x900

The next few days i will complete each of my UI settings, and i will post them, if you show interest.

    @omega251:

    Thank you!

Many of your suggestions i have already planned for a change, hence the name incomplete. You collected all problems very nice! I already downloaded TipTac, CowTip_LuaText, and Mobinfo to replace and relocate my tooltip, and replaced alot of buttons with my macros already, shortly after posting this picture. I've just recently started playing again 2 days ago, so i had to rebuild everything from scratch, with new addons, that's why there is still a lot of things to do. :D

"Disable raid debuffs and group names for the raid frames."
As soon as i figure out how. Scale is fine.

"Consolidate your action bars down to 4 at the most."
Done, just placed my saved macros at their place. 4x9 button rows exactly.

"there is a lot of overlapping text there"
It was already on the todo list as you can read it in the description.

"No reason to waste real estate showing them both in the default and on your HuD."
Still haven't figured out how, but i'm on it, i never used any HUD before.

"Greatly scale down several of your unit frames."
Already done, to the limit of readability with the Diablo font! :D

"Confine your chat windows down to one. no need to waste all that space when both aren't being used fully."
I agree, the two chat panels are intended to be used mainly in raid PvE - so it's obsolete in this view -, where there is a lot of roll spam and so on. So on one panel, i can keep track of gchat, and whispers and such. I also use it out of raids, on one i have the trade challel, on the other everything else.

"Scale down your minimap button frame"
That's not doable, that's the zone map there, but i like it that way. Shows real time info from all over the PvP region, you don't have to open your map, handy.

And now for some intelligent and constructive comments.

First off, you don't need recount to take up that much space all the time. Place it just above the sunn art panel and set it to show/hide on keybind. Scale down your raid frames and compact them closer together. Disable raid debuffs and group names for the raid frames. Consolidate your action bars down to 4 at the most. I understand warlocks have a lot of spells, but think carefully about what you use and dont use, and make macros for things like cooldowns and mounts to conserve space. Play around with the settings on your HuD, there is a lot of overlapping text there that renders all the information useless. Pick where you want your buffs to show. No reason to waste real estate showing them both in the default and on your HuD. Greatly scale down several of your unit frames. Scale down your pet bar. Confine your chat windows down to one. no need to waste all that space when both aren't being used fully. Scale down your minimap button frame, as it's rarely necessary during combat. Get a tooltip addon like tiptac to move your tooltip, put it somewhere it won't overlap anything.

I'll leave the rest up to you, but I will suggest you move your raid frames to the space currently occupied by recount and the left hand chat frame, merging the chat frames together on the left had side. Also scale down your zone map so it's height matches that of your action bars(assuming you did consolidate a couple bars away), and reduce the height of your sunn art panel.

You have a lot of redundancy that can be cut away to provide more real estate, so take a good look at what you use and don't use.
