    I am currently working on a UI that has that feature. The UI will be called LionHeartUI. It doesn't work like a normal addon because it has to be placed in the Interface folder instead of the Addons folder. All it does is replace the blizzard textures with ones of your own using .blp files. I estimate on having the UI done by the end of the week, although Ive had a slight setback because patch 3.1 changed the location the wow uses to get the texture for its cursor.
