I saw your comment regarding questhelper .... I'm not sure if you did the same thing i did before commenting about the right click problem here. I spent about three hours disabling ALL my addons and enabling them one at a time, disabling one at a time, making sure it was just one that was active, and testing it this way, and the problem with the right click is NOT cartographer's fault, it's questhelper. if you would like an alternative, contact me and I'll help you with something other than questhelper.
