outfitter can't change 2x[Ironsoul] to argent lance, again!

Howdy there, really hoping I can get ahold of you to ask this question; I'm pretty sure the functionality exists in Outfitter already!

I am making a rogue and have been levelling subtlety, great use of Outfitter here as it lets me ambush with a dagger in MH and then as soon as rogue: stealth drops, it automagically puts my mace in the main hand for better hemorrhage hits.

Now, I have hit 50 and bought dual spec to use mutilate as well; unforunately, my mace keeps getting swapped in to my main and off hand when I stealth or break stealth!

[tl;dr] How do I set Outfitter so that a ruleset (rogue:stealth in this case) does not apply when in a certain spec?

Is there an easy way to add Pawn support - rather than having optimize for AP, Str or whatever, just have an Optimize for Pawn scale Fire?

I have been using Group calendar for well over 2 years now, and I must say that unfortunately the new Version 5 I just dont get. When Blizzard first added the in game calendar we continued to use the GC mod because it provided better and different functionality, all of which has now been lost in the version 5 release. Appreciate the work that you do and have done in the past, hope that you continue to support GC in its Version 4.5 format, it is a much nicer raid tool to work with.

First off I love outfitter and what it enables me to do.

There's only one thing and it's more of a pain than anything it isn't a glitch or bug but I was wondering if you ever thought about throwing in an option in the dungeon/raid/bg auto equip script that would allow you to only switch to that gear when entering the above if you are in either primary or secondary talents.

What I have is a duel spec'd ret pally / holy pally. I have 2 full sets of gear for ret (a PvP and PvE set) and a holy set (which is strictly PvE) ... and what I would like to see is if I'm in primary spec and enter a dungeon it swaps to ret pve, and if i'm in holy it does nothing.

If a group wipes and I'm healing ... when I zone in it swaps to my pve ret set atm. I was wondering if there was anyway to either prevent that or add an option to limit dungeon/raid switching to primary or secondary specs only.

Well I for one would love to be the first to thank you so much for your hard work you've done. I'm ecstatic that you've decided to continue to support your addon, but even if you had not I want to say THANK YOU. The majority of us DO realize that you do not work for us, and I really don't understand how people think they can demand stuff from you or become indignant with you. Ignore them, please! They are childish and spoiled!

So, you're pissed off at Blizzard, and for that the players get screwed out of a useful add-on. We didn't suggest this policy to Blizzard, why are you punishing us?

I don't know if Blizzard was out-of-line with this policy or not, but it really doesn't matter because it's not like Blizzard gives a tinker's damn one way or the other if Outfitter exists. It's not like they're going to say; "Uh-oh. Several popular modders have taken down their add-ons, perhaps we should reverse this policy."

Those of us who appreciate your mods and use them are the only ones ultimately feeling the effects of your "protest", and we didn't do anything to you. You need to re-think this. You want to put Blizzard in their place? Ask for donations here on Curse, and on WoWUI and WoWInterface. I'll be first in line to give you what I can, and so will a lot of others I'll bet.

I only discovered outfitter a few weeks back. It's an essential pice of sotware for a feral druid switching between bear and cat form. I've lost it as I had to reinstall WoW and it is sorely missed.

Sorry to hear about all the crap you've had to put up with - there really is no excuse for rudeness - ever.

Outfitter is a fantastic addon even me (a warlock) can't go without, you don't have to take **** from what those people say, they do that to make them feel better just because they're mother beat them, outfitter is a fantastic addon and you shouldnt have to go through a struggle to provide it, like you said its your hobby not job, I just hope you can bring it back, thanks for the years of help xD

i agree with the past few posts.. u r amazing i must say... i use most of ur addons... LOVE mappy =) and outfitter... by far best i just made this account to tell u that i do hope that u will come back and try to make it fun again... u good sir will be missed until then...

I had to go dig around for the password for this website just so I could come on and tell you that your addons will be missed. :) I have been using outfitter since pre-bc, back in the 'glory days' of raiding. I thought you should know that myself and many of my friends who have used your mod over the years appreciate the hard work you've put into your mods, and I hope your boycott of Blizzard policy turns out favorably. Good luck with everything!
