Someone should make a chat channel addon thats like messanger. One were you are abel to talk to anyone no matter what server or faction as long as they have the addon. It would be like running msn in the backround only its ingame and you talk to people on your friends list from another server or faction. Witch is good (if your like me and have an alt on another server and faction) so then you can talk to your friends nomatter what. Also a better friends list would go nicely with this, one were you can create diffrent groups for your friends (family, people you know outside the game, alts and so on) i know there is an improved friends list already but thease two addons would go good together.
