Haven't seen a mod yet that shows every possible quest and allows you to check off (so to speak) the ones you have completed. I believe this would be a good idea for those of us that skip around to obtain rep, and also so you can go back to do quests after obtaining level 70. It would have to actively track which quests you have already completed
