( Copy from the US forums ) You must have completed the Neltharku series of quests to get neutral with netherwing, have 300 riding skill, and (maybe) completed the Teron Gorefiend questline. The first quest starts at Mordenai in Netherwing fields, from there he sends you to talk to the leader of the Dragonmaw orcs. The Orcs base is on Netherwing ledge
