This addon will make using the Plasma Arrow / Eletric Explosion combo easier. It will use Plasma Arrow by default, then Electric Explosion IF you have the "Charged" buff. It optimize your damage output while minimizing the mana usage (Electric Explosion is stronger and cheaper than Plasma Arrow). This is not dependent on skills on the action bar. So
