    SilentMacros is now JustTheArt! It can also hide keybind text, range markers and reagent counts. JustTheArt is a simple addon that allows you to hide the labels that appear on action buttons. It works with all the standard Blizzard action bars. You can find settings for it on the ActionBars pane of the Interface Options Dialog.
