Due to restriction changes in 3.1 placing the cursor in Warcraft/Interface/Cursor/Point.blp simply doesn't work any more but there is a way around it, editing the MPQ files in WoW to replace the cursor, works like the old way but this time you have to use a MPQ editor to achieve the same results.
