I created this addon because I could not find anything else for this simple purpose. The Horn of Winter spell has a very short duration (2 or 3 minutes) but it is very beneficial and is free to recast. I was often finding that I was forgetting to recast the spell so I wrote this addon to notify me when it was about to expire and when it actually does
