  • Is there an addon for a Fingers of Frost -> Deep Freeze SCT?

    Right now I'm level 40 and I'm not sure if the WoW SCT does this but if it doesnt can someone show me an addon that does this? I'm having a hard time navigating the search engine finding the right addon. And if people think this would make frost mages any bit more op I'll put this here before a flame war starts.
