Help with chat window

For some reason no chat other than system messages shows up on my chat window no matter what setting I have. Not even stuff I type myself. I'm assuming this is an addon issue but I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.

For those of you who are gonna say "meters mean nothing" look at my killing blows. Clearly that means something. Also notice the terrible healing on destro side, so this was all solo.
