I used to use an addon called FluidFrames that allowed me to resize and move just about any window (AH, Quest log, Trade, etc). Anyone know of an addon like this that will work with WoW 3.x?

Does WAR have add-on management the way WoW does - where you can selectively activate or deactivate each add-on? If not, is there an add-on that allows this?

Does anyone know of an addon that keeps track of completed quests? Like many people, I have a lot of alts. It's a pain to manually keep track of which quests each toon has completed, which were abandoned and which have never even been picked up yet.
