Auctioneer:

I've read your comments on switching WOW installation onto root drive. I am new to vista and am a little unsure on how to go about this. Do I need to uninstall the program, all the patchs, the expansion, etc. and then reinstall onto C: instead of in programs? Its frustrating not being able to use auctioneer, please help. Thanks a lot.

Nate,

All you have to do is drag the WorldofWarcraft folder from under c:\ProgramFiles to something like c:\Games\.

Honestly, do not recall the issue you had, but that should save a lot of frustration over time.

WoW does not install any sort of drivers or any major registry "stuff" so you can actually move it and use it on XP, Vista, etc.. without needing to run the installer- just drag the entire folder to a new location and go.

Hope this helps,

Nikk
