GheleosQuestion for the creator of DBM. I'm making a macro for /focus and I've been reading about macro code and understand that i cant change a specific color for text via macro scripts. what do i do?
first it would start of as i select my target either from raid list or a combat target and click on either a macro or modded button to select them as my focus.
then the following would be how it would be displayed via chat window could be stamped via raid warning raid chat or party chat
/rw [ Focus Healing ]: %t
/rw [ Focus Tanking ]: %t
/rw [ Focus DPS ]: %T
this is just an example of what it would look like in the chat box. if the target is being healed it would show up a light blue for the text in healing and the player name would be green.
IE if the target was being tanked the word tanking would be red as would the target name and lastly if the target was to be DPS'ed the word DPS would be yellow as would the target name? would this need to be done in LUA ? which by the way i have no experience in what so ever. plz help lol if at all possible would really appreciate a mod like this
